I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the city center. The location, just off Rossio square, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage and sending a last-minute package. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a modern interior. I felt comfortable and safe.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help us with anything we needed, even offering a 24-hour contact service. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with modern decor that made us feel right at home. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We were also impressed by the thoughtful touches, like the birthday card and cake left for us during our stay. we felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of here.

The apartment is conveniently located in the city centre, just off Rossio square, making it easy to access many tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. The staff are friendly and responsive, providing excellent service. Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen and a lift for heavy bags.
The bathroom doors cannot be locked, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Well-decorated apartment with city view and equipped kitchen, located on a pedestrian street with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Tasty breakfast with fresh pastries delivered daily. Friendly and helpful staff, offering assistance with last-minute antigen tests and even guiding guests to the pharmacy.

I stayed in the apartment with a city view. It was beautifully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen and a small balcony with a great view. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Rahima, were really good in helping us find a last-minute pharmacy for antigen tests. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and even had freshly baked breads and muffins as a cute gesture. I highly recommend this hotel.
Although the apartment was wonderful, it would have been nice to have tablets for the dishwasher. there was some noise from a nearby club, which might be bothersome to light sleepers.
